How can I return items?
1. Send email
Send us a short email to kontakt@premiumshop321.de stating that you would like to return an item. Please include the delivery note number in this email so we can identify the order.
2. Access the returns portal
You will receive a link to the returns portal from us. You can log in here after entering your customer number and order number (found on the delivery note).
3. Create a return
In the returns portal, you can then select the items and quantities you wish to return. Please also indicate the reason for the return at this point.
4. Receive return label
You can access the return label directly in the returns portal. You can either print it and attach it to your return shipment, or present the included QR code at the post office , where they can print a label for you.
5. Drop off the parcel at the post office / DHL
You can drop off the package free of charge at Deutsche Post / DHL.
6. Get a refund
As soon as we receive the package, we will process the refund. This is always done using the same method used to pay for the order. Once received , processing time is 1-3 business days .
