Sleeping naked? Top 5 reasons why!
Women usually sleep in XXL T-shirts or pajamas, men in boxer shorts or a T-shirt. This is a must for many of them, but one in ten Germans sleeps naked. Although there are many opponents who believe that sleeping naked is unhygienic and leads to colds, there are many arguments in favor of it.
The advantage for
Every woman can lose weight through sleep. You don't believe that? But it's true. Perfect sleep, uninterrupted by uncomfortable pajama pants, a riding-up T-shirt, excessively high temperatures, or the pinching of boxer shorts, lowers the stress hormone cortisol. This hormone produces unwanted belly fat. It also keeps energy and hunger in check, so you won't have hunger pangs in the morning.
It is well known that a restful sleep makes you feel good, because people who sleep well have a balanced melatonin level. This hormone is responsible for our sleep-wake rhythm and is perfectly stimulated when there is no heat build-up in bed. A cooler environment is better for perfect sleep, so why not start with your own body? Of course, as well as the lack of clothes, you should pay attention to the right duvet so that you don't freeze. In winter, the tried and tested down duvet is an advantage, and in summer a light sheet is often enough. There is another advantage to not using underwear in bed. Many people have problems with fungi and bacteria in their genital area, and these are reduced when you sleep naked, because they multiply much more easily in warm environments than in colder ones.
There are two minor disadvantages to sleeping naked, however. Your body sweats a lot while you sleep, and the duvet has to absorb all of this, so it has to be washed more often than usual. You can also easily develop muscle tension or catch a cold if your body gets too cold. Maybe there's someone you can warm yourself up against or even cuddle up to.
What you shouldn't forget is that that Snoopy nightgown or even that XXL T-shirt is often a love killer, so sometimes less is simply better. The Premiumshop321 team advises you: "Trying is better than studying!"
